Super P-force is a combined medication containing two active ingredients Sildenafil citrate and Dapoxetine. Dapoxetine is a compound chemically similar to antidepressants called SSRI's which work by increasing the amount of serotonin in the synaptic gap and improve neuronal transmission. Elevated concentration of serotonin are known to have inhibitory effects on ejaculation and libido. As a result, Dapoxetine helps prevent premature ejaculation and prolong sexual intercourse.

The second ingredient of Super P-force is Sildenafil citrate. Sildenafil citrate is a PDE5 inhibitor that works by blocking PDE5 - the enzyme which breaks down cyclic GMP. Bu increasing cGMP Sildenafil relaxes blood vessels and increases blood flow to penis causing erection.

Indications:

Super P-force is indicated for treating erectile dysfunction accompanied by premature ejaculation in males over 18 years of age.

Anatomical penis deformations such as angulation, Peyronie's disease, or cavernosal fibrosis
Bipolar disorders
Priapism or a history of priapism
Eye diseases called retinitis pigmentosa

History of suicidal thoughts
History of serotonin syndrome associated with other SSRI's

Additional information:

Super P-force tablets should be stored at dry place out of reach of children. Do not use the medication after expiration date.
